RV Services Group Chatbot Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our Chatbot. The Chatbot provides general information about the therapy services, programs, courses, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) available through us.

In these Terms, “RV Services Group”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to RV Services Group and its affiliates, and “you” and “your” refer to a user of the Chatbot.

The Chatbot may be accessed through various Services, systems, websites, or applications, whether owned and/or operated by us or by independent third parties not party to these Terms (“Third Parties”), including, without limitation, the Site and its associated systems, Services, and applications.

By accessing or using the Chatbot, Platform, or any of the Services, including submitting any information through the Chatbot or Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and that you will comply with them at all times.

The RV Services Group Chatbot is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or crisis support. Please do not share any personal, medical, or confidential information while using it.

Information entered into the Chatbot may be stored outside Canada, including in the United States or other countries, and is not encrypted or fully secure.

If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

Your use of the Chatbot is entirely at your own risk.

1. The Chatbot Service

The Chatbot uses artificial intelligence to assist with general questions about RV Services Group’s Services, whether that be therapy services, online programs, and related wellness resources.

The Chatbot is provided by a third-party vendor and is available through our website as an informational tool.

2. Use and Functionality of the Chatbot

You understand and agree that:

  • The Chatbot provides general information only. It is intended for educational and informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • The Chatbot is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
  • The Chatbot cannot access or provide information about your therapy sessions, personal health records, or account details.
  • The Chatbot cannot schedule appointments or deliver therapy.
  • The Chatbot’s responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or relevant to your specific circumstances.
  • You are responsible for evaluating whether the Chatbot’s responses are suitable for your situation.
  • Your use of the Chatbot is entirely at your own risk.
  • RV Services Group are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from your use of the Chatbot or your reliance on its responses.
  • We, and independent third parties, may monitor or record your interactions with the Chatbot for quality, training, and safety purposes.
  • The Chatbot may collect information about your device, browser, IP address, date and time of use, and related technical data to improve functionality and performance.
  • Information shared through the Chatbot is NOT secure. Data entered may be transmitted and stored outside Canada, including in the United States or other countries, and may not be subject to privacy protections. Data is NOT encrypted and could be accessed by, independent third parties, and service providers in other jurisdictions.
  • RV Services Group may suspend or terminate access to the Chatbot at any time without prior notice, including in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Your Responsibilities when Using the Chatbot

When you interact with the Chatbot, you agree that:

  • You will not share any personal or sensitive information, including your full name, contact details, address, medical or mental health information, or identifying details.
  • You will not disclose information about your therapy sessions, health history, or other private matters.
  • You will not provide login credentials, passwords, or payment information.
  • You will not transmit or post any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • You will use the Chatbot solely for lawful and appropriate purposes related to general information about RV Services Group’s Services.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Chatbot after changes are posted means you agree to and accept the revised Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Chatbot is provided “as is” and “as available.” RV Services Group makes no guarantees or representations regarding its availability, reliability, or accuracy. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Chatbot, or from reliance on its responses.

6. Data Security and Storage

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • The Chatbot operates through third-party service providers.
  • Data you provide may be stored, processed, or transmitted outside of Canada, including in the United States and other countries, and may be subject to access, independent third parties, and by foreign governments under local laws.
  • Data is not encrypted, and RV Services Group cannot guarantee its confidentiality or security.
  • By using the Chatbot, you consent to this international transfer and storage of your information.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other RV Services Groups agreements or policies, the latter will prevail.

8. Language of Terms

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and all related documents shall be drafted in English.
