Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the most well-researched approaches for managing anxiety, post-traumatic stress, panic, and mood. Research has also shown that practicing mindfulness can significantly improve how we manage anxiety and stress. Both have been shown to help people challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, build healthier routines, and respond to panic, stress, anxiety and uncertainty with greater calm.
In GROUND you’ll learn how to:
